Payment and Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

2. Refund & Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our auto glass products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Your request must include your order number, detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence.
  • The product must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Custom-cut auto glass, special orders, and clearance items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a c713ergCJh refund. After this period, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible or may incur restocking fees.

5. Shipping Damage
